公益講座 : 和台灣黑熊作朋友 / Charity Panel: Bear with Us
臺灣黑熊保育協會(Taiwan Black Bear Conservation Association)是全世界第一個，也是唯一一個專門致力於保育瀕臨絕種的黑熊而設置的非營利民間組織。 協會的創立源於創辦人黃美秀教授，有感於保育黑熊不能只是單純收集生物學的研究資料,需即刻採取保育行動,讓政府和民眾正視和關注，同時提升政府和民眾的保育認知和行動力。 成立迄今，在社會各界的協助下，不僅陸續完成國內北、中、南、東各區的黑熊保育大使培訓、「黑熊探險家」特展，以及三百場以上的到校解說等相關宣導活動，同時與許多企業和政府單位合作，充分發揮《研究、教育、公益》垂直整合的效益，深化民眾對這類臺灣野生住民的認識，並激發生命尊重和瀕危物種保育的決心。 －－－ (The panel is Mandarin only.)
