Note: Donations are not tax deductible as we do not currently have non-profit status.

DMCA & Takedown Requests

If you are a rights holder and wish to have content removed from the archive, we will process your request promptly.

To help us process DMCA notices quickly, include all of the following in your request:

1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed. If multiple works are involved, a representative list is acceptable.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it, including:
   • IP address(es) where infringement is alleged to occur
   • Specific URL(s), file path(s), or other locators (if applicable)
   • Date and time of alleged infringement (including timezone)
4. Contact information for the complaining party:
   • Full legal name
   • Mailing address
   • Telephone number
   • Email address
5. Good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

• DMCA takedown requests: Within legally required timeframes
