7:00pm - 8:00pm Autumn Hall
Pet 102 is a Panel designed to not only inform Pets and Handlers (PAH) of the PetPlay Basics, but to expand upon a typical Petplay 101 Panel. In this class, we teach PAH of all experience levels how we can be more inclusive in Pet spaces and implement safety and consent boundaries at an event. Prim will also be sharing advice for pets with disabilities, mental illness, and playtime activities for all pet players (beyond just Puppies!) Pets from all “Walkies of Life” are invited to join us for this Informational Panel, which will be followed by Guided Headspace Warmup to do by yourself or with a handler (“Pet Yoga.”) Come on down for an evening of learning with your questions and an open mind! We look forward to Yapping with You! Tags: Panel, After Dark (18+) Hosts: Primrose

How-To Headspace in Petplay: A Guided Play Event! (18+)

8:00pm - 9:00pm Autumn Hall
So you’ve learned all you need to know about PetPlay, but where do you *start,* and *how*?! For pets attending a PetPlay event for the first time, it can be pretty scary (and hard!) getting into Headspace around strangers. What are the rules? What if you’re not a Puppy, but a Kitten, or a Bunny? What if you’re more of a Couch Potato than a Dog Park Wrestling World Champion? Have no fear, Professor Prim is here! Follow along on all fours while Prim eases you slowly into Pet Headspace by conducting a group guided warm-up. This panel is great for Pets who have never experienced Headspace in public (or private!), Pets who struggle to get into Headspace, or Pets who have no idea what species you are yet! This panel typically devolves into playtime, so protective wrist gear and knee pads are highly recommended! Tags: Panel, After Dark (18+) Hosts: Primrose

Passover Seder Furry Edition

8:30pm - 10:30pm Spring Hall
Passover is one of the 3 major Jewish holidays that jews would migrate to Jerusalem for, and this year, Furlingame overlaps with it, and so I'm excited to be able to share the story of the Exodus while conducting an actual Passover Seder, which includes a dinner that is completely Kosher for Passover and will feature different types of matza from different parts of the world! For those arriving early, we'll host the first seder Wednesday night, and the second one Thursday night as unofficial panels due to the timing of when we get access to convention space from the venue. There will be with a lighter recap, but an official panel on friday night also featuring kosher for Passover dinner. It's recommended to sign up in advance so that there's enough food for everyone. Please wash hands thoroughly when joining us, and please note that unless it's cleared with me ahead of time, no outside food should be brought in, as utensils and equipment are kosher for Passover, in order to accommodate everyone at their comfort level, passover laws are strictly adhered to, and leavened bread, as well as anything containing even a derivative of leavened bread in it is not kosher for passover. PRKC Hosts: PetPlay Mosh

9:00pm - 11:00pm Autumn Hall
Now’s your chance to gear up and paw-ty like a rockstar with other Furlingame PetPlayers! A Mosh is a PetPlay event set up like a classic dog park, with toys to play with and mats to roll around on! The difference in a Primrose Kennel Club (PRKC) hosted Mosh and many regular Moshes, is in the *Foundation of Consideration!*For starters, we “Consider All Types of Pets at PRKC”- including toys for all manner of animals, a divided “soft” and “rough” Play space, and a wristband “play consent” system for Pets to wear during play. PRKC Moshes also provide roll-room, knee-cushions, and easier-to-grab toys for Wheelchair-Bound Pets. Prim instructs hearing-impaired-friendly “Paw Signals” with Pets and Handlers before and during the Mosh to ensure communication happens in and out of Headspace. At a PRKC Mosh, we constantly monitor our players to ensure they are respecting others’ consent and boundaries, as well as their health and safety. We’re not afraid to put you in the Dog House (and/or report you to Security) for being disrespectful, inappropriate, or making others uncomfortable. Remember: Kink and Fetish Events ≠ Sexual Consent, so please do not attend with the intent of “meeting a hookup.”Don’t be shy, come out and play! We can’t wait to meet you!
